Who we are
From a county flour mill to an integrated food group
Shandong Lisheng Group was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in the Jining High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shandong Province. From a single county flour mill it has grown into a group of eight companies — six production bases plus food technology and packaging operations — spread across China's premium wheat-growing regions in Shandong, Hebei and Henan, with a team of more than 1,300 people.
Guided by the corporate mission of “building a business that benefits people's everyday lives”, Lisheng controls the full chain from wheat sourcing and grain storage to flour milling, dried noodle production, in-house packaging and logistics. Its mills run complete Bühler milling systems paired with Perten testing instruments, processing up to 7,000 tons of wheat and 560 tons of dried noodles a day with 200,000 tons of own grain storage behind them.
Flour, dried noodles and private-label ranges reach more than 300 cities across 30 provinces and international retail chains including Walmart, Carrefour, RT-Mart and China Resources Vanguard, with dried noodles also exported to Southeast Asia and Europe. Every base runs under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP systems and carries the national “Reliable Grain & Oil” and Green Food credentials.

An integrated production chain
Every Lisheng base is built inside a national premium wheat production area. Raw grain enters our own storage system, is milled on international-grade equipment, and leaves as flour or dried noodles through one continuous, quality-controlled chain.
