Production Facilities
Six production bases across China's premium wheat regions, built on international equipment and intelligent factory control.
Capacity
Built for volume, run for consistency
Lisheng operates six production bases in Shandong, Hebei and Henan — each located inside a national premium wheat production area. Combined, they give overseas partners manufacturer-direct capacity with room to scale.

Inside our plants
Where your product is made
How production runs
From wheat to pallet, one controlled chain
-
Cleaning & Milling
Wheat is tested, stored by variety, blended to order and milled at low temperature.
-
Dough & Sheeting
Flour, water and formula ingredients are mixed and rolled into an even dough sheet.
-
Cutting & Forming
Interchangeable cutters shape every width — from 0# dragon beard to 10# knife-cut.
-
Low-Temperature Drying
Hung noodles dry slowly in controlled rooms — solar-heated at the Liangshan plant.
-
Packing
Retail, family and foodservice formats packed on automated lines with in-house packaging materials.
-
Storage & Dispatch
Finished goods are batch-recorded into storage and dispatched through the group's logistics network.
Equipment & technology
International equipment, intelligent control
Bühler Intelligent Milling Systems
Swiss Bühler milling equipment runs across the group — full Bühler sets at the Jining headquarters and Chengwu plants, and a complete intelligent flour production system at the flagship Liangshan plant, where four lines mill 3,000 tons of specialty flour a day with complete flour blending.
For buyers, this means the same flour specification batch after batch: blending recipes are executed by the system, not by hand.
Perten Grain Analysis Instruments
Swedish Perten analysers profile every batch of incoming wheat and outgoing flour — protein, moisture and gluten quality are measured, not estimated. Wheat is then stored by variety and blended against the measured data.
Each order ships with batch records behind it, the basis of the certificate of analysis your QA team receives.
MDDK Roller Mills & Multi-Stage Purification
MDDK roller mills work on a five-break, eight-reduction process designed with milling specialists from Zhengzhou Grain College, with five purification passes and mid-route flour extraction.
The gentle, staged grinding keeps protein and starch intact — high-purity flour streams with whiteness, aroma and stable baking performance.
PLC + MES Smart Factory Control
At the Liangshan flagship plant every stage runs under PLC control and an MES management system — wheat inspection, binning, blending, milling, classified storage, flour blending, packing and truck loading are all automated.
The plant operates largely unmanned under remote control, and every batch leaves a full digital trace from raw wheat to pallet.
Low-Temperature Milling
Milling temperature is precisely controlled to avoid the heat damage that destroys vitamins and high-molecular nutrients — the flour keeps its nutrition and the wheat's natural aroma.
The same philosophy extends to our whole grain line, where Danish stone mills grind at low speed under automatic temperature control.
1000-Type Automated Noodle Lines
Seven automated 1000-type lines cover the full noodle process — dough feeding, sheeting, cutting, hanging, drying and packing — producing up to 560 tons of dried noodles a day, including fermented, hollow, multigrain and vegetable varieties.
Drying rooms at Liangshan are heated by 1,200 m² of solar thermal panels, alongside 2 MW of rooftop photovoltaics — lower energy costs, greener production.
