2013 New-Employee Military Training Review and Performance

Shandong Lisheng Group’s 2013 new-employee military-training review and performance was grandly held at group headquarters on 24 May.

To match the group’s development plan, in the first half of 2013 Lisheng recruited 63 graduates of colleges and technician institutes. The new employees underwent unified onboarding training from 18–23 May; after a series of sessions on “enterprise vision,” “a grateful heart,” “flour and noodle processes” and on-site visits, they passed the leaders’ review with full enthusiasm and a vigorous, upward spirit.
