On 7 July, Lisheng Group held its mid-2016 work review and performance report meeting. More than 50 people attended — the Chairman, General Manager, company general managers, centre directors and managers above mid-level — chaired by Gao Jimin, director of the enterprise-management centre.

Company and centre leaders and mid-level managers gave detailed reports on goal attainment, management innovation and staff development in their departments. Based on first-half results, everyone was confident of meeting the full-year goals.

Finally, Chairman Gao Fengguo, in light of the annual goals, set out the second half’s work: strengthening the marketing team and raising sales volume, with emphasis on corporate-culture building — implementing “goal management, self-management, happy work” and using corporate culture to drive sustainable, healthy development.
