In January 2015, Lisheng Group successfully acquired a well-known enterprise in Shenzhou, Hebei Province, and established Shandong Lisheng Group Shenzhou Flour Co., Ltd. This marked the group’s first step in leapfrog development from within its home province to beyond it.

With this addition, the group reached a daily capacity of 3,000 tons of wheat processing and 500 tons of dried noodles, forming an integrated enterprise group that tightly combines “supply, production, sales, R&D, logistics, storage and grain trading.”

The establishment of the Shenzhou company carries far-reaching significance for capturing the northwestern market and for the group’s subsequent acquisition and expansion.

The Shenzhou company extended Lisheng’s production bases from within Shandong to beyond it, spanning the three premier wheat-producing regions of Shandong, Hebei and Henan. A multi-base, cross-region footprint means stronger control over raw materials and a more resilient supply chain: when one region faces weather or market fluctuations, the group can coordinate grain and capacity across bases to safeguard stable supply — exactly the delivery assurance that overseas importers and OEM clients value most. Backed by an integrated system of “supply, production, sales, R&D, logistics, storage and grain trading,” Lisheng can provide reliable, continuous volume supply for noodle and flour exports and private-label cooperation.
