On 1 April 2020, Shandong Lisheng Group’s Wenshang company held a promotion ceremony for quality-control inspection and testing staff who advanced through skills assessment.
Office director Wang Guang fairly read out the assessment results, and General Manager Chen Qingsong presented certificates and encouraged the promoted staff to keep up the good work; the promoted staff thanked the company for the recognition and stated their commitments to future work. Through their own efforts, the inspection and testing staff earned promotions and the corresponding monthly skill-grade allowance. Operations-centre director Gao Jimin, production-centre’s Qiao Yanlong, and subsidiary QC director Zong Zibin also attended.
