On 18 April, the noodle-line upgrade project at Lisheng Group’s Liangshan Healthy Food Industrial Park completed commissioning and entered formal production. The three-month upgrade brought automation to the mixing, ageing, rolling, drying and metered-packaging stages, added a high-speed smart noodle line, and updated the control system of the existing line.
The core of the upgrade was drying and control. The new line uses a multi-zone independent temperature-controlled drying system, with temperature and humidity monitored online and adjusted automatically by PLC; together with Schneider and Siemens automation components, the whole line runs more smoothly, with markedly lower breakage rates and energy consumption per unit than before. Production parameters are automatically recorded and traceable from feeding to finished product, providing data support for the quality audits and batch management of international clients.
“The park’s ongoing technical upgrades are what give us the confidence to take on overseas orders,” said the park’s production head. The noodle deep-processing uses dedicated flour blended by the Bühler intelligent milling system; together with the upgraded line, it stably produces clear-soup, wheat-core, whole-wheat and other noodle specifications, meeting different clients’ requirements for texture, appearance and packaging.
The park will next invest in smart warehousing and automated packaging, gradually building a complete chain of “intelligent milling — noodle deep-processing — stable delivery — export supply” to further strengthen its high-volume OEM delivery capacity.
