On 20 November, Lisheng Group unveiled its OEM Contract-Manufacturing Service Centre. The centre integrates the group’s capacity, technology and testing resources in milling and noodle deep-processing to provide contract manufacturing and private-label customisation of noodles, flour and other products for brand clients at home and abroad — a concrete move in Lisheng’s internationalisation strategy.

Drawing on the flexible production lines at the Liangshan and Jining bases, the centre can adjust formula, specification and packaging to client needs, offering one-stop service from raw-material selection and formula development to small-batch sampling and volume production. Whether for own-brand export or private-label production for overseas supermarkets and foodservice channels, it delivers fast response and stable supply, with sampling cycles for standard products shortened to within two weeks.

The centre is staffed by a dedicated client team handling technical communication, sample confirmation and order follow-up for overseas clients, and — combined with the group’s ISO 22000, HACCP and FSSC 22000 food-safety systems — ensures contract-manufactured products meet destination-market standards.

“We want to turn Lisheng’s intelligent capacity into contract-manufacturing capability for the world market,” President Gao Fengshe said at the ceremony. The centre’s establishment marks Lisheng’s shift from simple product export toward deeper international supply-chain cooperation.
