On 15 March, as containers were loaded at the plant and trucked to port, Lisheng Group’s first batch of custom noodles was formally shipped for export to the Southeast Asian market. This was the first overseas order fulfilled after the establishment of the OEM Contract-Manufacturing Service Centre, marking a new breakthrough in Lisheng’s noodle export and private-label business.
The batch was customised to an overseas client’s order — from formula adjustment and specification design to packaging print — all completed to the client’s brand and the destination country’s food standards, and shipped after passing inspection at the group’s food laboratory. To ensure smooth delivery of this first order, the service centre coordinated with the quality-control, production and storage-transport departments, tracking the whole process from sample confirmation to volume production so the product met the client’s requirements for texture, appearance and quality consistency.
A group spokesperson said the smooth delivery of this first export validated Lisheng’s contract-manufacturing capability backed by smart manufacturing and international food-safety systems, and built experience for larger overseas orders. After receiving the samples and first shipment, the client began discussing long-term cooperation.
Using the Southeast Asian market as an entry point, Lisheng will gradually expand toward the Middle East, Central Asia and other regions, deepening its noodle and flour export and OEM business and steadily increasing its overseas market share.
