On 18 November, Lisheng Group signed a long-term OEM strategic cooperation agreement with an overseas brand client at its Jining headquarters. Under the agreement, Lisheng will provide ongoing private-label production of noodles, flour and other products — covering formula, specification and packaging customisation — establishing a stable, long-term supply relationship. President Gao Fengshe and the client’s representatives attended the signing.
The cooperation followed multiple rounds of factory audits and sample confirmations. The client visited the smart noodle lines, smart high-bay warehouse and food laboratory at the Liangshan Healthy Food Industrial Park and verified the group’s ISO 22000, HACCP and FSSC 22000 credentials, praising Lisheng’s capacity assurance, quality consistency and green, low-carbon practices.
Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate closely around an annual supply plan. The OEM Contract-Manufacturing Service Centre will form a dedicated team for order scheduling, quality control and logistics, drawing on the group’s capacity of 7,000 tons of daily wheat processing and 560 tons of daily noodle output to ensure long-term, stable, on-time delivery.
Gao Fengshe said the long-term agreement marks the shift of Lisheng’s international contract-manufacturing business from single orders to long-term cooperation. The group hopes to use it as a model to attract more overseas brand clients into long-term partnerships and build Lisheng into a trusted global noodle-products OEM partner.
